- NCSE Events - Details of any upcoming NCSE Teacher Professional Training can be found here. To register for any of this training please click here. There is also an in-person seminar which will be held in the Donegal Education Support Centre which would be suited to Primary and Post Primary teachers who are new to teaching deaf / hard of hearing students who have a moderate, severe or porfound hearing loss as well as those who may wish to upskill in this area, further information on this can be found here.
